These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Vehicle Information
- Vehicle descriptions, photos, and specifications are provided for reference only
- All vehicles are sold “as-is” unless otherwise specified in writing
- Mileage and condition are verified to the best of our ability but may have minor discrepancies
- Colors may appear different in photos due to lighting and monitor settings
- Final vehicle condition is confirmed via our inspection report
3. Pricing
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue date
- Prices do not include destination customs duties, taxes, or registration fees
- Shipping costs are estimates and may vary based on market conditions
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit
- Balance must be paid before shipment release
- All payments must be made to our official company bank account
- We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts
- Cancellation after vehicle purchase may incur restocking fees
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, port congestion, or force majeure
- Buyer is responsible for destination port charges, customs clearance, and duties
- Insurance is available and recommended for all shipments
- Claims for shipping damage must be filed within 7 days of vehicle arrival
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of international vehicle trade, returns are generally not accepted
- Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of vehicle arrival with photographic evidence
- Refunds, if approved, are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
- Deposit is non-refundable if buyer cancels after vehicle has been sourced/purchased
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific vehicle or service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, or if unsuccessful, through arbitration in China.
